We reserve the right to dismiss any volunteer at any time. No explanation required. No appeal process.
Minors under eighteen need parental consent to volunteer. Parents must sign a separate waiver form.
Our programs exist to help people. But we cannot help everyone. Applying for assistance does not guarantee approval.
You must provide truthful information on your application. Lying about your situation is fraud. We verify applications randomly. If you lie, you will be disqualified permanently.
We may share your information with partner organizations. This helps us find additional resources for you. We never sell your data to third parties.
Approved applicants receive help based on available funds. We do not promise ongoing support. Each case is reviewed separately.

This includes claims from your misuse of our website. It includes claims from your behavior as a volunteer. It includes claims from false information on your assistance application.

You waive your right to a jury trial. You waive your right to join a class action lawsuit. You must bring any claim within one year of the incident.

You may also terminate this agreement. Simply stop using our website. That is all it takes.
These terms and conditions form the complete agreement between you and JMK Foundation. They replace any prior conversations or emails.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
